1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SoberAuth website, software, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Intended Use

SoberAuth is designed for behavioral health organizations and authorized personnel to manage access control, compatible device integrations, verification workflows, notifications, and activity reporting. Organizations are responsible for configuring and using the platform in accordance with their own operational policies.

3. Accounts

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrator accounts and credentials. You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Communications

By using SoberAuth, you agree that authorized users may receive operational communications including email notifications, push notifications, telephone calls, and other service-related alerts generated by configured verification workflows. Standard carrier messaging or calling rates may apply.

5. Third-Party Devices

SoberAuth integrates with compatible third-party hardware and services. Device availability, functionality, and performance are subject to the manufacturers' specifications and may change without notice. SoberAuth does not warrant the performance of third-party products.

6. Operational Responsibility

SoberAuth provides information, automation, and configurable workflows to assist organizations with operational decision-making. Customers remain solely responsible for determining appropriate access decisions and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

7. Beta Services

Certain features may be designated as beta or pre-release functionality. Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Beta functionality may not be suitable for production use and may contain errors or incomplete features.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services or connected systems.
  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the software except as permitted by law.

9. Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, SoberAuth does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoberAuth and Advantage Recovery Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
